You will need to register an account on our payment gateway platform in order to proceed. The information you provide about your business, including details about the international operations that you are involved in, must be accurate.

Account Registration

Navigate to the international payment services section within your account settings. Select the specific features and services that you would like to enable, such as international payment methods or multi-currency support.

Choose International Payment Services

You can integrate our payment gateway API into your website or application. Ensure a secure and efficient connection by following the integration guidelines provided in our developer documentation.

The currency settings you choose will depend on the region you serve. Choose the currencies in which you want to accept payments, and set up automatic currency conversion rules if necessary.

  • How can I start accepting international payments?
    All of Securepayz's products and payment gateway are international-enabled. After onboarding with us, you can accept international payments instantly. Go to Settings -> Configuration -> International Settings to see if International Payments are enabled. The same page also allows registered businesses to request international payments.
  • What payment options does Securepayz support to receive International payments?
    Securepayz accepts International Credit & Debit cards, and PayPal wallet is available for receiving international payments.
  • Does Securepayz support international currencies?
    Our current currency support includes INR, USD, EUR, and SGD, among others.
  • How do I resolve issues with declined international transactions?
    Our system provides detailed error messages for declined transactions. Check our documentation or contact our customer support team for assistance in resolving specific issues related to international payment declined.
  • How does the settlement happen for International payments?
    International payments are settled in Indian rupees. Exchange rates are based on the rate on the day of the transaction. Securepayz will settle card payments. PayPal will settle payments directly with you.
  • Do you provide customer support for international transactions?
    Yes, our customer support team is available to assist with international transactions. We offer support in multiple languages, ensuring that your customers can receive assistance in their preferred language.
